The XT316 is powered by a 600 MHz ARM 11 processor and houses Adreno 200 graphics. This handset runs on the Android 2.3 gingerbread OS with Moto Switch user interface. The Capacitive touch screen of size 2.8 inches supports 262 K colours on 240 x 320 pixels (QVGA) resolution.
Motorola XT316 weighs just 110 grams and is of dimension 58 x 116.5 x 13.4 mm. This Android handset from Motorola comes with internal storage memory of 150 MB with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. In addition to this MicroSD card up to 32 GB is supported.
There is only one primary camera of 3 megapixel resolutions (fixed focus with image editor), not very good but good enough considering the price tag. The Motorola Fire XT316 camera can record videos at 24 fps.
