LG Enlighten for Verizon on August 25

LG Enlighten features a 3.2-inch HVGA LCD touchscreen display powered by 800MHz processor runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The Enlighten sports 3.2-megapixel rear camera. It has an in-built storage of 150MB, 2GB microSD card is bundled in the package. It has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard also.



Enlighten will be available in US on August 25th with Verizon. Currently no information about price.The Enlighten will be available on a number of carriers US Cellular, Cellular South, and Verizon sooner.

The LG Optimus Sol features 3.8-inch Ultra AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 800×480pixel resolution powered by 1 GHz processor with 512 RAM runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with Optimus UI 2.0 and comes with in-built 150MB(+ 2GB memory card bundled) which can be expanded upto 32GB. It sports 5MP rear camera with autofocus and a front facing VGA camera.





Network connectivity options of Sol includes 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 3.0, DLNA, EDGE, GPRS, GPS with A-GPS support.Sensor options includes accelerometer sensor, Proximity sensor, Mulch-touch input. The LG Optimus Sol has a dimension of 122.5 x 62.5 x 9.8mm and comes with a standard 1500mAh Li-Ion battery. The Sol comes first in Europe with a price tag of €299/$425 and then in in Central and South America.

LG Optimus 3D review, features and specifications

The first smartphone with glasses-free 3D display had officially announced, that means there will not be any more delays for the launch. This phone will be out in UK on july 11. Most probably the optimus 3D will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread Os instead of the 2.2 Froyo, which was mentioned earlier.



LG Optimus 3D features a 4.3-inch glasses-free 3D WVGA display, dual rear-facing cameras capable of 3D still image/video capture (3D video in 720p, 2D video in 1080p). It has a tri-dual” processor that is, dual-core processor with dual-channel RAM and a dual-channel board configuration. The display delivers 1080p output in 2D and up to 720p in 3D.The phone is DLNA certified, and an HDMI port is also present. It provides a a 3D augmented reality browser, developed in collaboration with Wikitude. The phone comes with 8GB of storage and can be made 32GB using microSD card.





The Optimus 3D will be available in Europe first, and then in more than 60 markets around the world over the next several weeks. Available in India from September for Rs. 37,000. Available in Dubai at Sharaf DG stores from August end at AUD3000.

The LG Genesis is a dual display phone with feature rich in design. The dual display clamshell phone comes with full QWERTY keyboard with a D-pad for those who prefer proper keys.

Let's talk about LG Genesis's dual display, the external screen measures 3.5-inches while the internal one is 3.2-inches. Both have touch capability and have a resolution of 480 x 800.
