Allu Arjun was born in April8, 1983. His entry into film is not surprised. Allu Arjun is the nephew of two of the big stars of Telugu cinema - Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. His father is ace producer Allu Arvind; Grandson of legendary comedian Allu Ramalingaiah; he has got solid filmy background. He caught the attention of Telugu film lovers with his quick cameo in Chiranjeevi's Daddy. He created history by becoming the debutant hero with maximum number of 100 days centers (Gangotri - 100 days in 54 centers). From a frail body with pretty ordinary costumes in Gangotri to a muscular body with nothing less than Diesel, Nike t-shirts in Arya, Allu Arjun has come a long way.
Allu Arjuns second film Arya was Arjuns major hit. This followed with another hit film Bunny. Then there was an average film Puppy.
Year 2007 proved to be very lucky for Allu Arjun. His release with Puri Jagannadh, Desamuduru proved to be a big hit at box office. Tis is the first Telgu hit film in 2007.Also, Desamuduru makes it the first time that a south Indian actor exposed himself, making him the hero of queer people. He's now going to do a movie with producer Dil Raju and Bhaskar, the combination that made the hit film Bommarillu, Vedhika is the female lead. He was acclaimed for his newly toned body with six pack abs, for which he reportedly trained for 3 hours a day for more than 6 months.
Allu ArjunHis next movie Parugu disappointed the industry and the fans with poor script. However film collected 21 crores in 3 weeks. In May 2008, his sixth film Parugu, directed by Bhaskar, was released.
His movies except Gangotri was dubbed in Malayalam, and was a super hit. He also has fans in Kerala.
Allu Arjun has received best young performer award for the film Arya in 2005 and in the same category for the film Bunny in 2006. He is also called Bunny.
In 2010 release is an all-star feature film, Vedam with Manoj Kumar and the actess Anushka Shetty and Lekha Washington, directed by Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi.
